WHAT IS LIPOLYSIS?

In the lipolysis method, the phosphatidylcholine substance obtained from soya bean is used. This substance exists in the human body and plays an important role in fat metabolism. In fact, this substance has been also used as a medicine to lower the cholesterol for about ten years. The purpose of this method is to dissolve the fat in the requested regions by injecting this substance into the areas with excess fat. When injected, it aims to increase the permeability of fat cells' membranes and to destroy the fat cells that are broken down by the body. The process is carried out in a manner similar to the natural way to increase the fat degradation.

How is lipolysis applied?

It is applied with a very thin needle similar to the mesotherapy needle. The needles are applied manually or with mesotherapy tip directly into the fat tissue at intervals of 2 cm.

Lipolysis is made at 4-8 week intervals. Nevertheless, the number of sessions are directly proportionate to; the amount of drug used and the target fat mass.

There are several different methods for the number and intervals of lipolysis sessions. Sometimes, the sessions can be done in a short interval (two to four weeks), while an average of five to seven sessions can be administered. Sometimes 5 sessions can be done by concentrating the total drug to complete the operation in fewer sessions (application every two months).

The difference of Lipolysis from liposuction

Lipolysis aims to bring fat cells to the normal size or to destroy them completely. Although the process of eliminating fat cells is similar to liposuction, it is not a surgical procedure such as lipsuction.

What is the process after the Lipolysis?

If a person wants to lose weight with Lipolysis in the general body, a healthy diet and diet is recommended. This method helps to eliminate and reduce excess fat in some areas, rather than overall weight loss in the body. Adding an effective sporting activity will help strengthen muscular tissue and give the body the desired shape.

At some points of the application areas, slight redness, itching, edema and small bruises may occur. This can last an average of 1 week. At the same time, a slight increase in temperature and pain may be felt in these areas on the day following the injection.

Lipolysis Technique

• It is an application that does not require surgical intervention.

• Pain free - Ach free - No Needle, injection, etc.

• Lipolysis, in other words, freezes fat cells to trigger fat breakdown and allows them to be thrown away by the lymphatic system.

• Cold lipolysis starts to perform immediately after placing it in the application area and gradually increases its effect.

• Within 5 to 20 minutes after the installation, the device starts to perform its fat degradation feature at 4 ° C.

• It does not harm other tissues.

• Makes apoptotic fat cells die.

• Cold lipolysis, after an inflammatory process that naturally occurs, dead fat cells are thrown away from the body and the fat layer gets thinner.

• It is non harming application that reduces the fat around the nerves, muscles and the bones.

It is more effective in areas where the fat layer is intense

How Lipolysis Affects?

After injecting needles into the patient to be treated, the permeabilities of the membranes in the fat cells may be changed; sometimes in the form of completely deforming and removing the fat cells, and sometimes increasing the permeability of the cell membrane to remove the fat content. For this reason, an effect similar to liposuction can be obtained as a result of changes and dissolution in the cell wall.

Fat acids, passes through the permeability increased or weathered fat cell membrane into the blood. The most important thing to be careful about this is; the use of fatty acids in the blood as an energy source. There is no such thing as weathered fat is dumped with the urine. Thus, carbohydrates consumption should be minimized to the least to use fatty acids as the energy source of the body and calories should be burned by exercising abundantly. In this way, it will be possible to help the removal of the excess fat from the body.

To whom and to which areas is Lipolysis applied?

Regional and permanent fat deposits eliminating method is not a method of weight loss.

It is an application for the areas with thick fat tissue which is more exercise and even spore resistant than slimming method. A person with 15 to 30 pounds excess is not a good candidate for lipolysis. In liposuction, it is already advised to the patient losing weight first and then come for the treatment.

Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, diabetics, heart patients, cancer patients and those who are allergic to prescribed medications are not eligible. Application of lipolysis may be inconvenient for breastfeeding mothers, persons with coagulation problems, liver failure, diabetes, heart disease, cancer patients and those with allergies to the ingredients of drug and it may also brings the side effect risks.
